I was able to get a couple of things done today other than the fence.  The de-Thatching is done - I pulled 2 bags worth of Lyon's mulched crap off the lawn.  The wheel barrel is fixed and the Push mower is in the shop.

As I was cleaning yesterday I noticed little teeny tiny bugs by the bathtub in the downstairs bathroom.  I cleaned and cleaned and then sprayed with bleach.  Aaaaaaalll gone!  so I thought.  I start cleaning behind the dryer and I saw it.  A young roach.  I went Ape shit.  Spraying like mad.  I called Orkin this morning.  And they will be spraying ( Read more... )

Well, it turned up.  Seems I was right.  I did mail it inadvertently.  But my awesome mail carrier Mae, noticed it and put a stamp on it for me.  And my HOA received it without any other incident.

I was pretty happy about that.
